Which machines does Puck support?
Puck works with any espresso machine. The recipes adapt to the machine and grinder you set up during onboarding. Lelit, Profitec, Decent, Sage, Rancilio, La Marzocco, Breville, and many more.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes, for bag scanning and recipe generation. Your shot log stays on your device and syncs when you reconnect.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings, your Apple ID, Subscriptions. We don't have access to cancel them on your behalf.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, Account, Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, bags, shots, and palate within 30 days.
I scanned a bag and the fields look wrong.
The label reader is good, not perfect. Tap any field on the review screen to correct it before saving. Your edit becomes the source of truth for that bag.
Can I pull non-espresso drinks?
Puck covers espresso, ristretto, cortado, cappuccino, latte, flat white, macchiato, lungo, and americano. Each drink type has its own ratio and target extraction window.
