Puck.

Terms of Use

The deal.

Using Puck

By using Puck you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, delete the app. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Puck to submit content that's illegal, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to break the service, reverse-engineer the API, or use it to train models. We can suspend or delete accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of the bags, photos, notes, and feedback you put into Puck. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content so the app can show it back to you and improve over time (aggregated, never tied to your identity).

Coaching guidance

Puck's recipe suggestions and post-shot coaching are generated by an AI model and the developer's heuristics. They're a starting point, not professional advice. Trust your tongue.

Subscriptions

Puck Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. A 7-day free trial unlocks bag scanning, intelligent recipes, and per-bag dial-in. After the trial, your Apple ID is charged the price shown at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription from iOS Settings, your Apple ID, Subscriptions.

Availability

We aim to keep Puck working but we don't guarantee uptime. We can change or discontinue features at any time. If we shut the service down we'll give you a reasonable window to export your data.

Liability

Puck is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
